Can you set up email on my own domain?
Yes. That's one of the most common things we help with. We'll create your mailboxes, configure them properly and connect them to the devices and applications you use.
Will this break my existing email?
We take care to avoid that. We back up your existing settings before making changes, and we test sending and receiving thoroughly before we're done. If anything needs adjusting, we'll sort it.
Can you connect my phone and laptop?
Yes. We'll set up your email on the supported devices and applications you use, so your inbox works the same wherever you are.
What if I don't know my domain login details?
We'll need the relevant access and permissions to do the work. If you're not sure what you've got, don't worry — we'll explain exactly what's needed before we start, so there are no surprises.
